  • Screening: ‘ADP Pariksha’ aptitude Test [~60-70 minutes covering quantitative aptitude; logical reasoning & verbal ability in the college computer lab – Google Chrome version 50 & above to be installed on the computer/laptop] (aptitude test can be completed prior to the pre-placement talk/ interview process).
  • Assessment of language/ voice/ accent: (virtual computer/ laptop/ mobile phone with camera)
  • Pre-placement talk by senior leader from ADP (45 minutes) in the college premises (or in virtual mode few days prior to the drive)
