  • To understand the importance of theoretical framework in conducting quality research.
  • To acquaint faculty and research scholars with exploratory research design by bibliometric analysis in qualitative research.
  • To enable faculty and research scholars with quantitative research using advanced technique of partial least square structural equational modelling in SmartPLS 4.0
  • To facilitate research scholars and faculty members to write quality research papers in ABDC Listed (Q1 or Q2) indexed in Scopus/WoS databases.

Dr. Nilesh Arora is a Ph.D. (Management) and MBA in Marketing with 20+ Years of rich experience in corporate and academic sectors with 10 years in academic leadership roles. He is presently working with Chandigarh University as a Professor of Marketing and Director, University School of Business. He is a passionate academician having keen interest in teaching and research in marketing, consumer behaviour, celebrity endorsement and social media advertising areas. Has published several research papers in journal of repute like Journal of Consumer Marketing, Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Journal of Promotion Management, Journal of Global Marketing, Decision, Asian Academy of Management Journal. He has presented papers in more than 30 National and International conferences. He is Member-Editorial Board in an ABDC/C category journal of Emerald Publishing. Dr. Arora is a certified Publons Academy Peer Reviewer. He is also a reviewer for several reputed international journals of Elsevier and Emerald Publishing.

Dr. Tejinder Pal Singh is Associate Professor at University Business School, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India. Dr Singh is a successful MOOC instructor having developed and delivered the ‘Digital Marketing’ MOOC -- ranked amongst the top 15 online courses worldwide (amongst top 5 in India) by the Class Central on the SWAYAM platform of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. He has over 15 years of teaching and research experience in marketing, e-learning and qualitative research. With a PhD from Punjabi University, Patiala (India), he also serves as Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Marketing and Business Communications (IJMBC). He is a Certified Professional Trainer of Qualitative Data Analysis (ATLAS.ti) and published widely in various journals of national and international repute.

He did his PhD on social media and investor behavior in the domain of Behavioural Finance from Punjabi University, Patiala. His area of specialization is Behavioural Finance and Business Analytics and has teaching experience of 18 years. He is a certified trainer in SmartPLS Software from Northern Institute of Technology, Technical University of Hamburg (TUHH), Germany. His leading Scopus publications are in National and International Journals like Marketing Intelligence and Planning, Benchmarking: An International Journal, Asia Pacific Journal of Tourism Research, Qualitative Research in Financial Markets, Qualitative Research in Organizations and Management, Journal of Management Development, Global Business Review, World Review of Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development, International Journal of Globalisation and Management, Indian Journal of Marketing and many others are in process of publication. Dr. Navjit Singh is having a vast experience of more than 16 years in the field of Academics and Research. Presently he is working as professor and head of department, University School of Business, Chandigarh University. He has expertise in subjects like Statistics, Marketing Research, Services Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Research Methods and Operations Management.. Dr. Singh has published his research wok in many international journals of repute like TQM Journal, VINE Journal, Journal of Global Responsibility, Journal of Social Sciences Research (Scopus), International Journal of Scientific and Technology Research (Scopus), International Journal of Electronic Banking (ABDC-C) to name a few. He is presently associated as reviewer of reputed Management Journals like Asia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and Innovation (SAGE) and The TQM Journal (Emerald Publishing). Dr. Singh’s work has also been cited by a number of researchers. His research work is in the field of Electronic Service Quality and Consumer Behaviour. He has gained competencies to work on a range of data analysis software like IBM-SPSS, AMOS, Smart-PLS, VoS Viewer and Biblioshiny.
