Paper Submission

All authors must comply with guidelines while preparing their manuscripts. The images and tables must be self-drawn or must be used with proper permissions and copyrights. All the equations used in the manuscript must be written using equation editor. The similarity index/plagiarism should not be more than 5% from a single source and must be less than 15% (including self-plagiarism). It is mandatory to use Mendeley software for referencing in the manuscript.

Copyright Form

You will have to send us the signed copy of Copyright form as a scanned PDF, after the acceptance of your manuscript. The corresponding author should be available to check the paper before it is published. Please note that once a paper has been delivered to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the paper cannot be made. Authors’ names cannot be added or deleted, their order cannot be changed, and the corresponding author cannot be altered.


The papers will be evaluated on their originality, structure, clarity and relevance. Other important instructions include the following:

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.


All accepted and registered papers of ICDSCI-2022 will be published in Conference Proceedings Serial.

The Full-Length Paper should not exceed 15 pages and the file size should not exceed 5 MiB. Any submissions below 12 Pages will be considered as Short Paper.


Oral presentations should strictly comply with the content of the corresponding paper. The duration of the presentation will be determined before the event, authors will be informed with sufficient time. Speakers must be registered in the conference, just like any other attendee.


All the papers accepted and presented at the conference will be published in proceedings of the meeting, with an assigned International Standard Serial Number (ISSN).

Proceedings CCIS Springer.

A committee of experts will select a number of outstanding papers to be published in a special issue of CCIS Springer (in the case of a non-English language paper, 20 days will be granted to provide a translation). The main topics for this special issue will be related to Computer Science (for instance: metaheuristics, algorithms, intelligent systems, decision sciences, machine learning, cyber-physical systems, simulation, smart cities, cloud computing, parallelism, etc.)
