Why it
is Needed

Higher Education Institutions are increasingly competing for students, funds, resources and academic staff. With the passage of time, new knowledge paradigms are evolving and so are the competencies; institutions need to ensure that the education they offer meets the expectations of both the students and stakeholders today and in the future. In order to achieve this noble goal of higher education institutions, professional development and engagement of teachers have become paramount today to prepare students for the future.
