Partnership with IMI Switzerland (#20 in QS WUR Ranking By Subject 2022)

Chandigarh University India (#800-100 QS World Ranking 2023) and International Management Institute (IMI) Switzerland (#20 in QS WUR Ranking By Subject 2022) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on a student exchange and transfer program on 2nd February 2023 in a virtual MoU signing event. This is a historic day as Chandigarh University raises the bar of internationalization of higher education in India by partnering with a world class institution for a credit transfer program in the field of hospitality management. The event was graced by the presence of Prof. Dr R S Bawa, Pro-Chancellor of Chandigarh University, Professor Gavin Caldwell, CEO of IMI Switzerland, along with other important stakeholders from both institutions.

This is a new beginning for the Office of International relations and the University Institute of Travel and Hospitality Management at Chandigarh University on the journey to build students as global citizens by serving them with education opportunities and industry experience that meets the global standards. Dr Meenu, Associate Dean International Relations, has been actively engaged in creating grand opportunities for students through unique and customised programs and scholarships.
