Kokand University (Qo’qon Universiteti) – the first non-governmental university in Uzbekistan is located in Kokand city, Ferghana region. Kokand University is located in the center of the city and was established on the basis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on August 17, 2019 No 683. About 700 students from all 12 regions of Uzbekistan, capital city Tashkent and Karakalpakstan chose Kokand university to study.
