MBA Placements at Chandigarh University
The MBA campus placements 2024-25 at Chandigarh University commenced on a remarkable note, reinforcing the university’s position as the Best MBA Placements University in Punjab. This year, over 400+ leading multinational corporations spanning Banking, E-Commerce, IT, Healthcare, Retail, Business Analytics, FMCG, and Tourism & Hospitality sectors visited the campus to recruit fresh talent.
Global giants including Amazon, Flipkart, IBM, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Danone Foods, KPMG, Reliance Industries, Bank of America, VIVO, ICICI Bank, ITC, and many more extended lucrative offers to our MBA graduates. Compared to the previous year, the placement session witnessed a 20% increase in placement offers and a 15% rise in the number of participating companies, underscoring the growing industry trust in Chandigarh University talent.
The highest domestic package this year reached Rs. 23 LPA with Indicaa Group, while Federal Bank Ltd offered Rs. 16.42 LPA and Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Ltd offered Rs. 12 LPA, reflecting the competitive edge and industry readiness of CU graduates. The highest international package touched Rs. 28 LPA offered by Amazon in Berlin. Both the average and median salary packages have reached new highs, marking a record-breaking year for MBA placements.
Specialization-wise, more than 30 companies recruited Banking & Finance students, over 100 multinationals onboarded Marketing and Business Analytics professionals, while 30 firms offered HR roles, and 20+ IT MNCs hired IT specialization graduates. Some of the notable top packages included Amazon (28 LPA) and Mindtree (14 LPA) for IT, and Deloitte (8 LPA) in the Financial & Consultancy domain. ICICI Bank set a record by selecting 95 students in a single day.
Overall, there has been a 30% surge in multinational companies offering packages of Rs. 5 Lacs or more, with a total of 118 companies making such offers this year, further cementing Chandigarh University’s legacy of excellence in MBA placements.
