One of the most transformative experiences of my academic journey was taking cooking and baking, a class that perfectly aligned with my passion for cooking. From the moment I enrolled, I knew this class would be special, offering a deep dive into a field that has always fascinated me as I am always fond of Cooking. Cooking and Baking was an immersive course focused on the knowledge of cooking, learning great cooking techniques and making practical use of it. The class format combined engaging lectures, providing a comprehensive understanding of cooking. Each session was an opportunity to explore new concepts and apply them in the kitchen. Throughout the course, I gained a profound knowledge about types of foods, recipes and much more. One of the most memorable assignments was making Fish Besara which is a famous dish in my state Odisha. This project not only allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge but also sparked a deeper interest in cooking.

Great presentation style by speakers with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course.
