2-Year Full Time Degree Program (MA)

  • This program is spread across four semesters. The major thrust of this program is to develop leaders who are able to adapt to the needs of the dynamic and turbulent external and internal environments of the organizations. There shall be cross disciplinary teaching in the program and it shall try to impart a holistic understanding of realworld challenges and opportunities, and prepare students for multidimensional roles.
  • The program will have mandatory not-graded (MNG) value-added courses and a few labs for experiential learning.
