Jai hind everyone,

My name is Cadet. Pallavi Chauhan and currently I'm in my 2nd year of NCC, I got to know about the NCC at Chandigarh University from one of my Professor. Thereafter the interest in joining aligned with my professional goals, hence I applied for NCC During my first year at Chandigarh University but unfortunately I was not able to meet the criteria, but nevertheless I again applied in the 2nd year of my college and was able to clear the written examination and interview process. this was how my Journey for the NCC at Chandigarh University began.

The role of NCC is pivotal in a life of a student as it helps us to stay up to the need of the hour for both professional and personal growth. NCC brings significant changes in our day to day life from the very grass root level of our personality like building basic physical strength, enhancing the personality by building confident and effective public Communication Skills, and many more. NCC also instils the religious harmony in cadets coming from each section of the culturally diverse country like ours. This makes NCC an organisation which help Indians to achieve a goal of Vishwa Guru.

Further I would like to leverage all the skills, good deeds, and lessons that NCC has taught me to serve our nation.
