The key resource person of the workshop was CA Twinkle Khurana. She shared valuable insights about the E-filling . The workshop aimed at making students self-sufficient so that they can file the tax returns on their own.

Workshop on Financial Derivatives

A workshop on financial derivatives was conducted on 22-Oct-20 for Bachelor of Commerce students of 5th semester. The students were told about the importance of NISM i.e., National Institute of Securities Markets. NISM was set up in the year 2006 under SEBI. NISM provides a variety of certifications for expertise knowledge in derivatives like currency, interest, index, stock. SEBI (Securities Exchange Board of India) is the regulator of capital markets in India. Overall, it was a great learning session.

There were 93 students in the session .The students were told about the importance of Time Management for academicians and also a short story of motivation on THE CARROT, THE EGG AND THE COFFEE BEAN . The resource person unfolds how to manage the time, set our goals how to work strategically Seven Keys to Working and Living Right. Time is a Non-Renewable Resource Once it is gone, it is gone. You will never see this moment again. Time is that quality of nature which keeps events from happening all at once.
