The 1st day session started with an exuberant workshop “Demystifying the trading and investment strategies”, making 250+ students get ready for live trading on virtual platform with virtual money allocated. Trading endured for Day 2 with the beginning of Sr. Executive Director- Prof. (Dr.) Tabrez Ahmad and Director of AIT Department- Mr. Sanjeev Jain’s inspiring and invigorating words. From enhancing theoretical knowledge to amplifying practical application, participants earned handsome profit on trading followed by valedictory and felicitation session by jury members and dignitaries.
MBA-AITTIAN Traders, Whales and Apex traders secured the top 3 position. Constant efforts and performance by handful teams led to 2 consolation prizes as well. Event culminated by vote of thanks by Head of AIT-Management “Mr. Gagan Vibhu”. The HR Breakathon, held on 5th April 2023 was a resounding success, with more than 55 teams participating from across the university. The event challenged participants to reimagine HR and come up with the most unique and future-oriented solutions to the real life HR problems shared with them. It was a most unique event that enforced beyond the classroom learning in a collaborative way.

The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Navjot Singh Mighlani, Executive Director, Human Resources, Chandigarh University, and Guest of Honor were Mr. Nitin Sharma, Assistant Manager, HR at HonorVet, Fierfield, New Jersey, USA. Dr. Rupali Arora, Dr. Rishi Prakash Shukla, Dr. Muklesh Kumar Tiwari were part of the esteemed panel. The entire event was organized and conducted by Dr. Divya Juneja under the Leadership of Mr. Sanjeev Jain, Honorable Director, AIT Management and Mr. Gagan Vibhu, Respected Head of the Department, AIT Management-MBA.
