Course Overview

Master of Space Technologies in India

The M.E. in Space Technologies program at Chandigarh University is an amalgamation of two domains of aerospace engineering and space technology that form the backbone of space exploration. With world-class infrastructure and futuristic curriculum, designed by the insights of industry experts and global academicians, students cultivate skills in the domains of Rocket Propulsion, Space Robotics, Avionics, and more.

Research is the foundation of our program, as students receive end-to-end support in patent filing and paper publication, in the areas of Rocket engines, Cryogenics, Radiation Shielding, among other core areas. Strategic collaborations with the eminent aerospace and aviation firms offer students practical learning opportunities through premier internships, high-impact workshops, field visits, capstone projects and international conferences.

Scope

The Indian space launch service market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 21 % for the forecast period 2024 to 2030, and is expected to reach up to USD 1,660 million by the year 2030, implying that with growth in the industry, aspirants will have even more lucrative career opportunities in the future.

Early Bird Scholarship

Early bird scholarship to the Master of Engineering Programs as per following conditions:

  • 15 (Fifteen) percent scholarship to be given to the students who have completed Bachelor of Engineering from Chandigarh University, provided they pay full semester fee at the time of admission.
  • 10 (Ten) percent scholarship to be given to the students who have completed Bachelor of Engineering/Technology from other recognized Universities/Institutes.
