PEO1: To create a learning environment through which the Tourism and Hospitality Management graduate will be able to serve the industry through his/her professional managerial skills.

PEO 2: To impart skills to the graduate, from strategy planning and implementation to research analysis and management of resources within and outside the organisation on the global stage.

PEO 3: To provide a diverse environment that reinforces graduates' expertise to debate confidently, research, and synthesise theories while evaluating organisational learning.

PEO 4: To cultivate a professional management attitude in the graduate by nurturing the creative development of innovative ideas and solutions and keeping them motivated for life-long learning.

PEO 5: To make the graduate analyse multinational and transnational organizations including an evaluation of their impacts in international tourism and hospitality management.

After completing the program graduate will be able to:

PO 1- Domain Knowledge: Develop relevant business through knowledge of hospitality and tourism management in line with industry standards.

PO 2- Cognitive Skills: Investigate the impact of economic, socio-cultural, and physical environments on the tourism and hospitality industries and provide a meaningful solution for any adversity.

PO 3- Leadership: Work professionally as a leader, be able to adapt to a diverse work environment in relation to the tourism and hospitality industries, and lend help for team building in the organisation.

PO 4- Interpersonal Skills: Develop an understanding of an organisation’s strategic environment and its impact on the inter-relationship between the organisation’s human resources and clients in the evolving global tourism and hospitality industries.

PO 5- Collaborative Skills: Apply effective communication and collaborative skills for better relations with a varied range of stakeholders in the tourism and hospitality industries.

PO 6- Progressive Development: Develop skills for continuous personal and professional development along with reflective learning, leading to enhanced efficiency with the passage of time.

PO 7- Professional Attitude: Analyse global trends in the tourism and hospitality sectors, acquiring the perspectives and strategies required to become ethical leaders in their respective domains.

PO 8- Research: Create a strong research and experimental component focusing on the need for and critical evaluation of tourism and hospitality management.

PO 9- Linking Theory to Practise: Applying Fundamental Theories of Management in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry
