My journey in the professional world began during my time at this esteemed university, which laid the strong foundation for my career growth in the hospitality and corporate service sectors.I began my professional career in 2018, during my academic journey, as a Guest Service Associate at Courtyard by Marriott, Gurugram. This opportunity allowed me to apply the knowledge and training I received at Chandigarh University in a real-world setting, reinforcing my understanding of front office operations, customer service, and guest handling.

Chandigarh University laid the foundation for my journey in hospitality. The hands-on training, expert mentorship, and industry exposure I received here played a crucial role in shaping my career and helping me reach global platforms like MSC Cruises.

My journey in the hospitality industry began with Chandigarh University, where I pursued my Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hospitality Management from 2016 to 2019. Looking back, I consider my time at Chandigarh University to be one of the most transformative and foundational phases of my life. The university offered me a platform not only to learn but to evolve into a competent professional ready to face the dynamic world of hospitality.

Chandigarh University was the launchpad of my global hospitality journey. The exposure, mentorship, and hands-on learning I received here empowered me to grow from a curious student to a hospitality professional working across India, the USA, and Canada.

Chandigarh University shaped my entrepreneurial mindset and equipped me with the confidence to turn ideas into reality. The blend of academic learning and practical exposure laid the foundation for my journey in events and hospitality entrepreneurship.

Back when I stepped into the campus of Chandigarh University, I was just a curious teenager with dreams bigger than I could articulate. What I found there was more than a classroom — it was a launchpad. From learning the fine details of hospitality to understanding what it truly means to lead a team, CU became the crucible where my confidence, resilience, and work ethic were forged. Every workshop, every challenge, and every mentor’s advice helped prepare me for the real world — from fast-food counters to managing a Starbucks store today. CU didn’t just educate me; it empowered me to believe that growth is a journey, not a destination.

Chandigarh University laid the foundation for my journey in the hospitality industry, equipping me with both knowledge and hands-on experience that continue to shape my career today. From world-class infrastructure to valuable industry exposure during my training at Taj Fort Aguada, CU played a pivotal role in nurturing my passion for culinary arts. I’m grateful to the faculty for their constant guidance and to the university for creating an environment that helped me grow into a confident hospitality professional.

The blend of practical exposure and academic support I received, especially during my training at Taj Krishna, really shaped my understanding of the hospitality world. CU taught me to be confident, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges, whether it was managing high-profile events at Hyatt or stepping into leadership roles in HR. I’m proud to call CU my alma mater.
