The workshop offered practical training in the process of dough preparation, shaping, boiling and baking. The students tried various types of bagels during the process of learning the significance of accuracy, texture and presentation, reinforced their practical skills in food preparation. |

Workshop Choux Pastry Art |
A Choux Pastry Art workshop was held at the UITHM Block of Chandigarh University for hotel management students. The workshop was designed to equip the students with some working experience and knowledge on the preparation of choux pastry and the techniques involved in preparing the pastry. The students were exposed to the ingredient composition, process of preparation, piping and the baking procedure of choux pastry. In the session, the chef instructor showed how to make different types of choux pastry, including eclairs, cream puffs, and profiteroles. |

Additionally, they instructed students about the types and sizes of napkins to use in setups and how much time there is to perfect napkin folds in restaurants.
