The bagel club organised an internal bread-making competition for students to prepare soft rolls of various shapes using standard measurements and recipes. Additionally, students had to go through an MCQ-based written exam. So, the competition was a learning experience for the students, as they learned about managing the work area, time, and ingredients without losing their team spirit.
