The BE course in any engineering discipline is a 4-year course, and it offers only the degree of the Bachelor of Technology. For further professional growth, a BE holder may require to pursue the ME in any specialization area of the same discipline. The ME course takes two years for completion.

On the other hand, the integrated course is a 5-year engineering course which offers two degrees in the selected engineering discipline, both the Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. Rather than spending such a long duration for Master’s degree, students are awarded the degree in a timeline of just 5 years which in today’s career-oriented workspace, it is a great time saver.

The Early Bird Scholarship (EBS) for admission in all the Master of Engineering Programs of Chandigarh University for the session 2023-24 is notified as under:

20 (Twenty) percent scholarship to be given to the students who have completed Bachelor of Engineering degree from Chandigarh University provided they pay full Semester fee at the time of admission.
15 (Fifteen) percent scholarship to be given to the students who have completed their Bachelor of Engineering/Technology degree from other recognized Universities/Institutes.

Sign up or Register for CUCET with basic details (Name, Email ID, Mobile No., State, Gender and Password). Your Email ID will act as your Username for the portal while the password will be set by you upon registration.

On successful registration, you will receive the confirmation message on your registered contact number and Email. Use the Username and Password to Login to your CUCET Account.

Step 2 - Apply

After successfully creating your candidate profile for CUCET, you can proceed with choosing the Date for your examination. Complete your profile by logging into your CUCET account and choose an examination date as per your convenience and preference.

Step 3 - Submit

You become eligible for admission into Chandigarh University after clearing the CUCET examination. Following your attempt at CUCET, the result will shortly be intimated, based on which you can submit your application for admission and avail merit-based scholarship.
